1. Agreement

By installing or using VRAM Fit Check you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall it.

2. Licence

VRAM Fit Check is proprietary software. PinPixels grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the official extension on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer it, except where the law gives you that right regardless. The VRAM Fit Check name, logo and icon are trademarks of PinPixels.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use VRAM Fit Check to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt any service.

4. Your data

Your data stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

5. No warranty

VRAM Fit Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPixels is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data arising from use of VRAM Fit Check. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and ending

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
